Terms and conditions

When buying tickets for the performances, a ticket fee of DKK10,00 per ticket and a transaction fee of DKK5,00 per booking will be charged.

For tickets purchased via billetten.dk (link only in Danish).
For tickets purchased via Teaterbilletter.dk (link only in Danish).

CREDIT CARD FEE
As part of the payment and credit card clearing, Danish clearing institute PBS will charge a credit card fee. Before payment is drawn, this fee will be shown in the payment summary.

  • Fee when using Dankort: DKK1.45 + 0.1% of the transactional amount.
  • Fee using other Danish credit cards: 1.25% of the transactional amount – minimum DKK1.95
  • Fee using non-Danish credit cards: 1.38% of the transactional amount – minimum DKK1.95

PAYMENT
The following cards can be used:

  • Dankort
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Visa Electron
  • JCB

Your account will not be charged/debited until the day we print and send the tickets. During the payment procedure, all communication between your PC and our servers will be SLL encrypted. Your credit card information is thus secure. Card information is handled directly between the clearing institute PBS and will not be stored in any way. If any dispute should arise between you as a buyer and Billetten A/S as the seller, you can contact your bank or credit card institute and request a full refund.

PRICES
The ticket price includes Danish VAT.

SHIPMENT
We use the Danish Postal services “Post Danmark”. A postage fee of DKK20,00 per order will apply.

Since the security precautions in Billetten’s ticket system ensure that the ticket you receive cannot be copied or replicated, the tickets will not be sent by priority mail. Therefore, it is not necessary for you to be home when the mail arrives.

Tickets bought online will be sent no later than three days after purchase. Should you not have received your tickets three working days after purchase, please contact us by phone.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation is solely defined as “The promoter cancelling the show entirely”.

The promoter is solely responsible in the case of cancellation. The promotor can give permission for a ticket refund, in which case the tickets will be refunded at the point of sale. Tickets bought online from Billetten A/S will be refunded by contacting Billetten A/S, Bredgade 32., 3. floor, 6000 Kolding. Please send us the tickets by registered mail, stating your bank account number, then we will transfer the money to your account. Shipping and credit card fees cannot be refunded.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding the show itself must be directed directly to the promoter. Should you have any complaints regarding the ticket purchase or shipping, please contact Billetten A/S at info@billetten.dk.

RETURN POLICY
CITING THE DANISH CONSUMER LAWS § 17 STK. 2 JF. § 9 STK. 2 NR. 2A THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS IS EXEMPT FROM THE LAWS REGARDING “THE RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS”.

RESERVATIONS
Billetten A/S acts solely as an intermediary between the promoter and the buyer.

BILLETTEN A/S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS IN THE PRICES SHOWN OR SOLD-OUT EVENTS.

LANGUAGE
All contracts are in Danish.
