(b. 1950)Former Danish ambassador to the United Kingdom and former Permanent Secretary of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Now Honorary chamberlain and board member of the Denmark-America Foundation, Rotary and Dansk Selskab for Virksomhedsledelse. Claus Grube has been a member of the board since 14.11.2017.

(b. 1969)Since 2013 Michael Mathiesen has been a councilor in the Municipality of Elsinore and Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Culture and Tourism and a member of the Social Affairs Committee. In addition to his local political work, he works for the municipal junior high school. Michael Mathiesen has been a member of the board since 01.01.2018.

MARION HANNERUP
Chairperson of the Board
(b. 1958)Marion Hannerup brings over 25 years of experience in top management, news journalism and strategic communication, from national TV and newspapers, from private and public organizations – Danish and international – and from roles as CEO, editor-in-chief and member of the Executive Board and Board of Directors.
Since 2020, she is an independent advisor and, among other things, a confidential sparring partner for managers who want to have pressure tested their business strategy and their communication with the outside world.
In 2017, she completed the Board Leadership Masterclass under CBS Board Leadership Education.

LOUISE BRINCKER
Board member
(b. 1968)Louise has a background within leadership, interest representation and communications. She has been employed in The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The Ministry of Culture as well as Head of Communications at DR (Danish Broadcast Corporation). Also, she has been the CEO of the trade association Danske Medier (Danish Media). Currently she is Head of Communications at KODA (Composers Rights).

LARS SEEBERG
Board member
(B. 1949)Lars Seeberg has been involved in the international art and cultural scene for more than 30 years. In Denmark, Lars has been Secretary General of the H.C. Andersen 2005 Foundation and of Aarhus Festuge. Today, he works internationally as an advisor to theatres, multicultural meeting places and funding programmes. Was Chairman of the Danish Arts Foundation’s Project Support Committee for the Performing Arts from 2018-2021.
