HamletScenen does not cancel performances up front due to bad weather. At the earliest, the decision about a possible postponement or cancellation due to bad weather is taken at the beginning of the performance. If it rains, delays and minor interruptions of 10-15 minutes may occur, after which the performance is resumed. Under these circumstances, tickets are naturally not changed nor refunded.

If there is a break in the performance with expectancy of weather clearing up in 45 minutes, the performance is postponed no more than 45 minutes. Under these circumstances, tickets are not changed nor refunded.

If the break is longer than 45 minutes, the performance is cancelled and the following apply: if the performance is cancelled having played less than 30 minutes in total, the tickets are refunded where they were purchased. If the performance is cancelled having played more than 30 minutes in total, the tickets are not refunded.
